Product Introduction:

Sino-fluorine ZF-J308 Fluorocarbon Coating Dedicated for Heavy-duty Anticorrosion is a solvent based ambient curing coating grinded and dispersed from fluorinated olefin-vinyl ether copolymer FEVE resin and weather-proof ceramic inorganic pigments, supplemented by various modified components.

Product characteristics:

2. Good intermiscibility and strong matching abilities.

Application areas:

Port-related facilities, oil storage tanks, wind power towers, marine facilities, chemical anticorrosion and other required heavy-duty anticorrosion areas.

Surface treatment:

Before painting, the surface of base materials should be clean, dry and smooth without grease, corrosion and so on. For the steel surface, it had better adopt

sand blasting or shot blasting to remove the rust, the requirements of which should reach level St3 or Sa2.5.
Floating dust treatment: can be cleaned with compressed air to blow off or clean hairbrushes to sweep off.
Old film treatment: uproot with scraper to fill and polish to be smooth or adopt other methods depending on the circumstances.
Grease treatment: clean up with gasoline or diluent first, and then wipe up with clean cloth.
